The challenge
One of the core barriers to smart locker deployment — especially in urban environments — is securing access to high-footfall, secure, and convenient locations. Building managers, whether of residential towers, office blocks, or mixed-use properties, often face logistical hurdles, liability concerns, and spatial limitations when approached for third-party delivery solutions. They also seek amenities that add value for tenants without disrupting operations or aesthetics. Without strategic partnerships, locker placements risk being inefficient, underused, or outright denied access.
project goals
This project aimed to bridge the gap between delivery networks and building ecosystems, creating a seamless partnership framework with management companies. The goal was to position our smart lockers as value-adding infrastructure, offering tenant convenience, property enhancement, and operational ease — all without imposing additional burden on facilities teams.
the result
Through proactive outreach, workshops, and flexible partnership models, we secured collaborations with dozens of building management firms across commercial and residential sectors. Our smart lockers are now seamlessly embedded within high-traffic entry points, offering hands-free, secure pickup for food, grocery, and package deliveries. Facility teams now benefit from reduced congestion, streamlined deliveries, and happier tenants, while our partners gain reliable, secure distribution nodes. These partnerships have become the backbone of our urban delivery infrastructure — and a blueprint for future expansion.
