The challenge

As the demand for faster, more secure food and grocery deliveries continues to grow, platforms across the country face increasing pressure to scale operations without sacrificing reliability or customer experience. The goal of the Nationwide Locker Rollout was to build a cohesive, accessible smart locker network that could serve both instant and scheduled delivery models, while being flexible enough to support enterprise logistics and local businesses alike. Our mission was to create a future-proof infrastructure that reduces delivery friction, increases customer convenience, and aligns with environmental priorities.

Through a strategic and data-informed deployment approach, we successfully launched a nationwide network of smart lockers with tailored footprints based on local demand, population density, and partner needs. Each installation was backed by on-ground support, remote diagnostics, and AI-powered optimization. Partners now benefit from streamlined delivery routes, lower failed drop-off rates, and greater consumer satisfaction.
