However, many existing systems relied on delayed batch updates or third-party apps that didn’t align with actual locker or delivery activity. The lack of real-time notifications led to increased customer support queries, operational blind spots, and poor user experiences — especially during peak delivery hours.

The goal was to design a real-time notification architecture that seamlessly informs customers, drivers, and management systems the moment a delivery event happens. These updates needed to be secure, fast, scalable, and easy to customize for a wide range of platforms and use cases.

Our notification system was rolled out across all active locker deployments, instantly transforming the user journey. Over 93% of deliveries were successfully collected within 30 minutes of locker notifications being sent. Partners reported a 60% drop in support tickets related to “where is my order?” issues. With built-in retry logic, branded templates, and dynamic localization, our real-time notifications now power reliable communications in every active region — improving trust, speed, and satisfaction at scale.
